Curried Chicken over Rice
Curried Chicken Over Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Saute chicken in tablespoon margarine until brown. Remove chicken drippings, tablespoon margarine, onions and garlic; saute until brown.
Add 1/4 cup water. Add curry powder and cook for 2 minutes.
Add rest of water and tomato paste.
Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add chicken and simmer until chicken is tender,
30 to 40 minutes.
Serve over rice.
