Crunchy Stuffed Mushrooms
Crunchy Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 large fresh mushrooms, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 2 tbsp. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped pecans and 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Wash mushrooms gently in cool water or wipe with a damp cloth. Remove stems and chop.
Saute onion in butter or margarine.
Add chopped stems, pecans, bread crumbs, lemon juice and salt.
Mix well.
Mound mushroom caps with stuffing.
Broil for 4 minutes, about 4 inches from heat, or cook in microwave oven on High 2 to 3 minutes until heated throughout.
