Crunchy Cauliflower Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium head cauliflower, 1 c. sliced radishes, 1/2 c. sliced green onions, 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained and 3/4 c. commercial sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Wash the cauliflower, break into flowerets.
Combine cauliflower and next 3 ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
Toss gently.
Stir together remaining ingredients.
