In a bowl, combine the first eight ingredients; set aside. Pat salmon dry. Place skin side down, in a 13 x 9 baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Spritz salmon with butter-flavored spray; cover with crumb mixture. Spritz crumbs with butter-flavored spray. Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 15 - 20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
