Crispy Potato Wedge
Crispy Potato Wedge is an easy dinner. Made with 4 medium russet potatoes, cut into large wedges, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper, 1/8 tsp. salt and 2 cloves garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place potatoes in a large bowl; add cold water to cover.
Let stand 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 425Β°.
Spray cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Set aside.
Drain potatoes.
Dry potatoes, using paper towels.
Place in a large bowl and sprinkle with oil, salt and pepper.
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes. Turn potatoes and sprinkle with garlic.
Bake 20 more minutes.
