Creole Turkey Cutlets
Creole Turkey Cutlets is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. turkey cutlets, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 small onion, chopped, 1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced and 1 green pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Sear cutlets quickly in hot oil, processing in batches if necessary.
Remove.
Quickly saute onions, green pepper and mushrooms.
Pour off excess fat.
Add tomatoes and seasonings. Bring to simmering and cook for 20 to 30 minutes.
Add cutlets, spoon sauce over and cover.
Simmer for additional 4 to 8 minutes. Serve with rice or hot buttered noodles.
