Creole Kisses
Creole Kisses is an easy dinner. Made with 2 egg whites, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 3/4 c. finely chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oven to 300Β°.
Beat egg whites in small mixer bowl until foamy.
Beat in sugar, one tablespoon at a time.
Continue beating until very stiff and glossy.
Stir in vanilla and pecans.
Drop mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls 2-inches apart onto greased baking sheet.
Bake until dry, about 20 minutes (do not let candy brown). Immediately remove from baking sheet.
