Made with 1 (40 oz.) can cut sweet potatoes, drained, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1/4 c. packed brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon and 1 small apple, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Beat potatoes, mayonnaise, 1/4 cup packed brown sugar and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.
