Creamy Pecan Fudge
Creamy Pecan Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels, 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream, 1 c. butter or margarine, 4 1/2 c. sugar and 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine chocolate morsels, marshmallow cream and butter in a large bowl.
Combine sugar and evaporated milk in a heavy saucepan; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and cook over low heat 9 minutes, stirring constantly.
Over chocolate morsel mixture; stir until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth.
Add pecans; until well blended.
Spread mixture in a lightly buttered 15 x 10 x 1-inch jellyroll pan.
Chill until firm; cut into squares. and store in refrigerator.
Yields about 10 dozen.
