Creamy Caramel Pecan Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar, 1/2 c. whipping cream, 1 c. coarsely chopped pecans, 2 loaves frozen white bread dough, thawed and 3 tbsp. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix sugar and whipping cream.
Divide between 2 baking pans. Sprinkle pecans over sugar mixture.
Roll each bread dough into a 12 x 8-inch rectangle on a floured surface.
Brush with melted butter.
Mix together brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over dough.
Roll dough jelly roll style and pinch to seal.
Cut into slices.
Place rolls into pan with mixture.
Let rise in warm place until doubled in size.
(Can refrigerate overnight, covered; leave at room temperature for 20 minutes.)
Bake, uncovered, at 375Β° for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
