Creamy Banana Pudding
Creamy Banana Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. cold water, 1 can eagle brand condensed milk, 1 (3 1/2 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding, 3 medium bananas and approximately 36 vanilla wafers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In a large bowl combine water and Eagle Brand, stirring until well blended.
Add pudding; beat until well blended.
Chill for at least 5 minutes.
Slice bananas and allow to stand in lemon juice while pudding is chilling.
Once the pudding has set, fold in whipped cream until well blended.
In a glass bowl, layer pudding, vanilla wafers and bananas.
End with pudding.
