Creamsicle Fudge
Creamsicle Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. margarine, 3 c. sugar, 3/4 c. whipping cream, 1- 10 oz. pkg. white chips and 1- 7oz. marshmallow crème, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Prepare 11 x 7 pan or what you have with 1 1/2 tsp. of the margarine.
In heavy saucepan combine sugar, cream and remaining margarine.
Cook and stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved.
Bring to a boil, cook and stir 4 minutes.
Remove from heat; stir in the chips and marshmallow crème until smooth.
Remove 1 cup and set aside.
Add orange extract and food coloring to remaining, stir until well blended.
Drop the reserved by teaspoonful and cut through mixture with a knife.
Refrigerate until set.
