Cream Puffs

Melt butter in boiling water.
Add flour and salt, all at one time; stir vigorously.
Cook, stirring constantly, on medium low heat until mixture forms ball and doesn't separate.
Remove from heat; cool slightly.
Add eggs, one at a time; beat hard after each addition until mixture is smooth.
Form puffs on cookie sheet, about a heaping teaspoonful (don't mash down), 2 inches apart.
Bake at 450° for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350° for 25 minutes.
Should be a nice, golden brown.
Take toothpick to let air out.
Take extra strings.
Fill with Cool Whip, whipped whipping cream or pudding.
