Cream Puffs
Cream Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water, 1/2 c. butter, 4 eggs, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In a saucepan over medium heat, heat water, butter and salt until butter melts and mixture boils.
Remove from heat.
With wooden spoon stir in flour all at once until mixture forms a ball and leaves sides of saucepan.
Add eggs, one at a time beating after each slightly.
Lightly grease and flour cookie sheet.
Drop by heaping Tbsp.
Bake for 40 min.
Turn off oven and leave in oven for 15 min.
Fill each puff with almond-cream filling then glaze each puff.
