Cream Puffs
Cream Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water, 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. sifted flour and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Heat to boiling point in saucepan the water and butter.
Lower heat to simmering.
Stir in flour until mixture leaves the pan and forms into a ball (about 1 minute).
Remove from heat and then cool about 1 hour.
Beat in eggs, one at a time, until velvety smooth.
Heat oven to 400Β°.
Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake until dry and light brown, 45 to 50 minutes. Cool on rack or on aluminum foil with paper underneath.
Store in covered container or freeze.
Cut through middle; fill with pudding as a dessert or meat salad as a finger sandwich.
Makes about 8 large or 12 medium puffs.
