Cream Puffs
Cream Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. water, 1 c. butter (2 sticks), 1 tsp. salt, 2 c. flour and 8 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine water and butter in saucepan. Bring to boiling point. Add flour and salt all at once.
Stir until in a big wad and leaves the side of pan.
Take pan off the heat. Add eggs, two at a time.
Use a hand mixer.
Beat the mixture until smooth after each addition.
Spoon onto greased baking sheet.
