Cream Puffs
Cream Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. imperial or shortening, 1 c. water, 1 c. flour and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put shortening and water in 2-quart pan. Bring to a boil.
Add flour, then cook until thick. Stir constantly. When mixture gathers into a mass, remove from heat.
Let cool for 6 to 8 minutes.
Add unbeaten eggs, one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
Place in mounds on a greased cookie sheet 1 1/2-inches apart.
Bake 40 minutes at 400Β°.
Yields 12 large puffs.
