Cream Puffs
Cream Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. water, 1 c. flour, 1/4 tsp. salt and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In saucepan, melt butter.
Add water.
Bring to boil.
Add flour and salt.
Stir well.
Cook and stir until mixture forms a ball that doesn't separate.
Remove from heat.
Cool 5 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating with wooden spoon until smooth. Drop batter by heaping tablespoon 3-inches apart on greased baking sheet.
Bake at 400Β° for 30 minutes until golden brown and puffy. Cool.
Split open and remove any soft dough inside.
Fill with pudding, whipped cream or fruit.
Top with powdered sugar.
