Cream of Peanut Soup
Cream Of Peanut Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and celery. Saute until soft. Add flour and stir 2 minutes.
Mix in broth.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until thickened.
