Cream Cheese Pound Cake
Cream Cheese Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 sticks margarine, softened, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 3 c. sugar, dash of salt and 6 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In large bowl, cream margarine, cream cheese and sugar until fluffy.
Add vanilla and 1 egg at a time, beating after each.
Stir in flour on low speed.
Spoon mixture into 10-inch tube pan. (Can't use regular Bundt pan.)
Bake in 300Β° oven for 1 1/2 hours. I usually go around mine with a knife.
Shake and turn out within 5 minutes.
