Crawfish Casserole
Crawfish Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine, 1/2 c. chopped onions, 2/3 c. green peppers, chopped, 1/2 c. celery, chopped and 2 cloves garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Saute vegetables in margarine.
Mix vegetables, crawfish, soup, rice and seasonings well.
Place in a 2 or 3-quart casserole.
Top with seasoned crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° about 30 minutes.
Sometimes, instead of bread crumbs, I use Durkee fried onions on top.
