Crawfish and Sausage Jambalaya
Crawfish And Sausage Jambalaya is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. crawfish tails, 1 lb. smoked sausage, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 medium onion, chopped and 1 bell pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Brown sausage in heavy pot.
Remove sausage and drain on paper.
Add celery, onion, bell pepper and garlic to pot and saute until tender.
Remove from pot.
Add oil.
When oil is hot, add rice and stir until light brown.
Add crawfish and cook for 3 minutes.
Add sausage, vegetables, green onions, water, Worcestershire, Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is done.
Serves 6.
