Cranberry Walnut Relish
Cranberry Walnut Relish is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh cranberries, 2 1/4 c. sugar, 1 c. coarsely broken english walnuts, toasted, 1 c. orange marmalade and juice of 1 lime or lemon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Wash cranberries and drain.
In shallow pan, stir cranberries with sugar.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Spread walnuts in separate pan.
Toast in oven until light golden brown, about 12 minutes.
Stir together baked cranberries, walnuts, marmalade and juice until well mixed.
Chill.
