Cranberry Sweet Potatoes
Cranberry Sweet Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c.flour, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. old fashioned or quick oats (uncooked), 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1/3 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Combine flour, brown sugar, oats and cinnamon and cut in margarine until the mixture resembles coarse crumb mixture.
Toss 1 cup of crumb mixture with sweet potatoes (drained) and the cranberries.
Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Top with remaining crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
Sprinkle marshmallows over top and broil until lightly brown.
