Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can eagle brand condensed milk, 1/4 c. lemon juice, 1 (16 oz.) can whole or jellied cranberry sauce, 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained and 1/2 c. nuts, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine lemon juice and Eagle Brand.
Stir in cranberries, pineapple and nuts.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Spread into a 9 x 13 glass dish.
This salad is good served both frozen or thawed.
You can freeze this salad in 1-cup containers and serve it as a dessert.
Either way, it is good.
