Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. raspberry jello, 1 c. hot water, 1 c. crushed or diced pineapple, drained (save juice), 1/2 c. chopped celery and 1/2 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix jello as directed on package.
For second cup of water use pineapple juice that was drained from can.
Add celery, nuts, pineapple and lemon juice.
Mix well and put salad in glass bowl or jello mold that has been oiled.
After jello sets 3 hours, stir to mix fruit and vegetables evenly.
Let set in refrigerator overnight.
Good with chicken or turkey.
Also good with cottage cheese for lunch.
