Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. cranberries, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. raspberry jell-o, 1 1/2 c. hot water and 1/2 c. celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Grind cranberries; add sugar.
Let stand for several hours. Dissolve Jell-O in water and cool.
Add to cranberries.
Grind celery and nuts and add with pineapple to Jell-O mixture.
Keeps for at least 2 weeks in refrigerator.
