Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, packed in juice, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 pkg. (3 oz.) raspberry flavored gelatin and 1 can (16 oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In a bowl, drain pineapple, reserving juices.
In a saucepan, mix together reserved juice, 1/2 cup water and lemon juice.
Heat to boiling.
Remove from heat and add gelatin, stirring thoroughly. Break up cranberry sauce with fork and stir into gelatin mixture. Refrigerate until mixture begins to set.
Stir in pineapple.
Pour into mold.
Chill until firm.
