Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. cranberries, 2 c. sugar, 2 oranges, chopped, 2 pkg. cherry jello and 2 1/2 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Wash cranberries; grind with 1/2 the rind from the orange. Mix with sugar and let stand several hours or overnight.
Dissolve jello in boiling water with salt and vinegar.
Let chill, then add celery, nut meats and apples.
Add to the cranberries and chopped oranges.
Let set.
Serve on lettuce leaf.
