Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. raw cranberries, 2 c. sugar, 2 c. water, 2 pkg. strawberry jello and 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine cranberries, water and sugar in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil; cook until all berries have popped.
Remove from heat. Add gelatin; stir until dissolved.
Stir in pineapple and nuts. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch glass pan or your favorite mold; chill until firm.
