Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 cans whole cranberry sauce, 1/4 tsp. salt, 6 c. boiling water, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1 large apple, diced small, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat cranberry sauce, being careful not to scorch.
Stir gently so as to not break or mash berries.
Strain, reserving juice.
Dissolve jello in hot water.
Add salt and lemon juice. Chill until slightly jelled (enough to mound a little when dropped from spoon).
Mold in individual molds or one large mold.
