Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. cranberries, 3 c. sugar, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello (not sugar-free), 1 (no. 2) can pineapple and 1 1/2 c. celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Grind the cranberries fine.
Add the sugar; let stand 3 hours or overnight.
Dissolve jello in 1 3/4 cups boiling water.
Add the pineapple and juice.
Add the cranberries.
When partially congealed, add the finely chopped celery.
Add nutmeats.
Makes 2 bowls. Refrigerate.
