Cranberry Salad

Made with 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello, 1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce, 3 tbsp. lemon juice and 1 tsp. lemon peel, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
Combine pineapple juice with 1 cup water; bring to a boil.
Remove from heat; stir in 2 (3 ounce) packages strawberry jello until dissolved.
Add cranberry sauce, 3 tablespoons lemon juice and lemon peel.
Chill until slightly thickened; stir in sour cream and pineapple.
Chill until firm, at least 2 to 3 hours.
