Cranberry Relish
Cranberry Relish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. fresh cranberries, 1 c. sugar, 1 envelope unflavored gelatin, 1/2 c. apple juice and 1/4 c. finely chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Wash and drain cranberries. Chop coarsely.
Add sugar and let stand 15 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Sprinkle gelatin over apple juice and soften 5 minutes, then stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved.
Then add gelatin mixture, nuts, apples and celery to berries; mix.
Pour into mold.
Let sit 6 to 8 hours.
A Pyrex bowl is good to use.
