Cranberry Relish
Cranberry Relish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, 1/2 c. syrup from pineapple, 1/4 c. sugar, 3 thin lemon slices and 3 thin orange slices, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain pineapple chunks and reserve.
Pour syrup into small saucepan.
Add sugar, lemon and orange slices and cinnamon. Bring to simmer; cook 5 minutes.
Add cranberries; simmer until they begin to burst.
Stir in drained pineapple chunks.
Serve warm or cold.
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
