Cranberry Pork Roast
Cranberry Pork Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 to 3 lb. boneless pork roast, 1 can (16 oz.) jellied cranberry sauce, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. cranberry juice and 1 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Place pork in crock-pot.
Mash cranberries, sugar, cranberry juice, mustard and cloves and pour over roast.
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Remove roast and keep warm.
Skim fat.
Measure 2 cups juice, add water if necessary and put in saucepan.
Bring to a boil, add cornstarch and water paste and cook until thickened. Season with salt.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
