Cranberry-Nut Bread

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda into large bowl.
Cut in margarine until crumbly.
Add eggs, orange peel and orange juice all at once; stir until evenly moist.
Fold in cranberries and walnuts.
Spray pans with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Mini loaf pans take about 25 to 30 minutes (bake 4, then 3).
