Cranberry Fruit Bread
Cranberry Fruit Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. chopped fresh or frozen cranberries, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 3 c. all-purpose flour, 3/4 c. whole wheat cereal and 3 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Grease 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Combine cranberries and sugar; set aside.
Stir together flour, cereal, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, baking soda and cloves.
Combine eggs, milk and oil.
Pour over dry ingredients.
Add cranberries and nuts.
Stir only until thoroughly moistened.
Pour into pan(s).
Bake 65 to 70 minutes (big pans) or until tester comes out clean.
Cool before removing from pan.
