Cranberry Crunch A La Mode is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. raw quick-cooking rolled oats, 1/2 c. flour, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. margarine and 1 (1 lb.) can cranberry sauce, whole or jellied, or your favorite preserves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
Mix the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar and butter with a pastry blender until crumbly.
Spread half of this mixture evenly to cover bottom of the pan.
Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the crumbs. Cover the top with the rest of the crumbs.
Bake the dessert 25 minutes.
Serve it hot, cut into bars, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
