Cranberry Bread
Cranberry Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sifted flour, 1 c. sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. baking soda and 2 c. chopped cranberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Sift dry ingredients together in large mixing bowl.
Add margarine and cut in with fork until well mixed.
Stir egg and orange juice together.
Add juice to dry ingredients; stir well. Fold in cranberries and pecans.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or when toothpick comes out clean.
