Crabmeat Casserole
Crabmeat Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. crabmeat, 1 medium onion, 1/2 c. celery, 1/2 c. bell pepper and 1 stick butter or oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cook seasonings until transparent.
Mix cornstarch and milk together and add to seasonings, stirring constantly.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes.
Add crabmeat and season.
Mix cornflake crumbs and mayonnaise together and mix with crabmeat mixture.
Pour into buttered casserole dish and top with cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
