Crabmeat Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can crabmeat, 2 eggs, separated, 1 c. medium white sauce, 1/4 c. sherry wine and 1/4 c. grated cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Remove contents of crabmeat from can.
Separate into pieces; remove thin cartilage.
Drain crabmeat; add to sauce and heat over low heat.
