Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
Crab Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 large fresh mushrooms, 1/4 c. crisco oil, 1 c. (7 1/2 oz.) crabmeat, flaked, 1 egg, slightly beaten and 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Rinse and pat dry mushrooms.
Remove stems and brush caps with oil.
Place on buttered baking dish.
Combine crabmeat, egg, mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice and 1/2 cup of bread crumbs with melted butter.
Sprinkle over crab mixture. Bake in preheated 375Β° oven for 15 minutes.
Yields 12 stuffed mushrooms.
