Crab Soup
Crab Soup is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. butter, 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped, 1/2 c. celery, finely chopped, 1/2 c. carrot, finely chopped and 2 pt. half and half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Saute onion, celery and carrots in butter, until soft (not browned).
Add half and half and Cheddar cheese soup.
Stir until combined.
Add sherry and Tabasco sauce.
Cook over medium heat until thoroughly warmed.
Add crab meat; season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
