Crab Salad
Crab Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. crabmeat, 1 medium onion, shredded, 1 bunch red radishes, thinly sliced, 1/2 c. olive oil and 1/2 c. white vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a small, flat bottomed glass dish, place layer of onion, then a layer of crabmeat, then a layer of radish.
Repeat step. In a medium bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, water, lime juice, salt and hot sauce.
Pour over the last layer.
Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Serve on a bed of lettuce with cracked pepper crackers.
