Crab Quiche
Crab Quiche is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. minced shallots or green onions, 1 tbsp. butter, 1 c. crabmeat or imitation lobster, 1 tbsp. flour and 1 pkg. spinach, cooked and well drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute onions in butter 2 minutes.
Mix in crab, flour and spinach. Sprinkle half of the cheese in bottom of pie shell. Spread in crab/spinach mixture. Top with remaining cheese.
Beat eggs, cream, etc., until mixed but not frothy. Pour over pie. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
