Crab Puffs
Crab Puffs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat, flaked and drained, 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 3 green onions, chopped, 1 tsp. dry mustard and 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine first 3 ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and add flour.
Stir quickly until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a smooth ball.
Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
Add 4 eggs, one at a time, beating with a wooden spoon after each addition.
Beat well until smooth.
Add crab mixture and stir well.
Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet.
Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350° and bake another 10 minutes.
Serve warm.
