Crab Meat Mold
Crab Meat Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. crab meat, 8 oz. cream cheese, 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup, 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup warm water (from tap).
Mix softened cream cheese with gelatin.
Warm soup.
Add all of the ingredients to the soup and stir until thoroughly combined.
Melt butter (a tablespoon or so) over the entire mixture.
Refrigerate for approximately 3 1/2 hours.
Serve over a bed of lettuce with small slices of bread.
