Crab Creole
Crab Creole is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. diced celery, 1/4 c. diced green pepper, 1/4 c. minced onion, 3 tbsp. butter and 1 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute celery, green pepper and onion in butter for 5 minutes or until tender.
Blend in flour.
Gradually stir in tomatoes. Add sugar, salt, pepper, bay leaf and parsley.
Simmer gently, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
Remove bay leaf.
Add crab meat and Worcestershire sauce.
Heat thoroughly.
