Crab Casserole
Crab Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. margarine, 1 small onion, chopped, 2 c. sliced mushrooms (canned, drained or fresh), 1 lb. crab or sea legs and 2 tbsp. dry sherry, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Grease pan.
Melt butter and saute onion and mushrooms for 3 minutes.
Add crab, sherry and salt.
Blend flour and milk and add to skillet.
Cook until thickened.
Stir in cheese.
Put in greased baking dish.
Sprinkle crumbs and oleo on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
